New Year, New Breakfast Joint

The new year came in quickly and chilly, and we were ready!  We attended the first restaurant on our year-long breakfast road trip through Denver.  We were warmly welcomed by the restaurant owner as we sampled wonderful South American dishes. It is always great to catch up with our US Route 40 Breakfast Club friends. We all agreed that it’s a joy to discover places along Colfax, aka US Route 40, to share the experience of different types of food with new friends. Conversation in between mouthfuls was lively and interesting, as always. We hope that you can join us next month for another breakfast adventure!
